Tony Sorrentino

JD, CPA, President & Chief Compliance Officer

Professor Tony leads the technical and product compliance for HPfid. For over 30 years, Tony served as Practice Leader, Director of Compliance, and General Counsel for a major broker/insurance consulting group in the Midwest.

 

During that time, he served as a compliance resource for hundreds of Midwestern health plan sponsors on all topics related to ERISA, and other federal mandates.

 

Tony has leveraged his experience and passion for regulatory compliance to co-found Hpfid.com and serve as our Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel. 

 

In Tony’s copious free time, he is an adjunct professor of law at Creighton University teaching ERISA law, and a very proud grandfather.

Drew Kallestad

Chief Strategy Officer, Fiduciary Guide

Drew leads the strategic direction of fixing healthcare and is a passionate truth seeker and business connector.

 

Drew co-founded Agility Innovation Partners in 2018 armed with over three decades of executive experience in healthcare that ranges from employee benefit consulting and health risk management to healthcare finance and employee engagement.

 

A truth seeker and business connector, Drew has successfully guided innovation launches in the fields of health data analytics, payment integrity, and direct primary care, as well as improved health and outcomes.

 

Prior to founding Agility, Drew served as Executive VP at CoBiz Insurance. As the senior member of the division, he led the transformation of Employee Benefits team. The firm tripled in size during that time.

 

Drew and his family live in Parker, Colorado. He loves spending time in the mountains skiing, hiking, snow shoeing and fly fishing.

Ken Sloan

Co-Founder

Ken is co-founder of HPfid and Agility Innovation Partners, a Denver Based Healthcare Innovation Accelerator. Ken brings decades of experience in Benefit Strategy, Health Technology, Data Analytics and Compliance.

 

Ken leads the distribution efforts focused on early adopter benefit advisors and employers who believe in a better way for Americans and are moving past the mountains of “status quo” solutions. He’s personally invested in transforming healthcare to serve people not the system.

 

Ken was a pioneer in bringing consumer-driven health plans and behavior change and wellness programs to the US. Prior to his role at HPfid, Ken was a former executive with a global wellness company.

 

Ken and his wife live in Evergreen, Colorado. Ken’s passionate about his family, the outdoors and loves living in Colorado. When he’s not fixing healthcare, he’s holding grand babies, or knee deep in a mountain stream with a fly rod.

Scott Burt

Strategic Advisor, Special Projects

Scott has a long entrepreneurial record of accomplishment of starting and building great companies including Integro which he co-founded and led to a successful exit in 2020. As a CEO with hundreds of employees over time, he has known first-hand the challenges of sponsoring employer health plans and is excited at the opportunity to make a difference with HPfid in affecting change in American healthcare.


Scott is very active in the community and a passionate supporter of important causes including serving as a Board Member for the Foundation Fighting Blindness, Board Member for the Colorado Technology Association, and he co-founded and still Chairs today the Microsoft Scramble for Sight golf tournament with a mission to cure blindness.


Scott has been recognized with the prestigious Bob Newman Lifetime Achievement award by the Colorado Technology Association, and Trustee of the Year, and also Volunteer of the year by the Foundation Fighting Blindness, among other awards.

Brian Behnken

Co-Founder

Brian has been in the data analytics industry nearly 30 years. As a co-founder of PlanIT in 1998 he blazed a trail as to how Plan Sponsors can own and utilize their own healthcare claims data to improve healthcare and lower costs. Through this Brian further committed to his vision to help companies achieve these outcomes.

Prior to HPfid, Brian launched Symplaris in 2019, as an independent data analytics consulting firm. He has spent his career helping benefit advisors use data to take cost out of healthcare. Concurrent with Brian’s leadership at HPfid, Brian is the Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Agility Innovation Partners.

Brian resides in Mequon, Wisconsin with his wife of 34 years. They raised two amazing, successful daughters. When he’s not analyzing healthcare data, you will find Brian outdoors playing golf, hiking, biking, doing yardwork or tending to the grill.

Mark Nawrocki

Fractional CMO

Mark has served for over 30 years in executive marketing, business development, and communications leadership roles with extensive experience in both start-up and scale environments. He has a keen understanding of the mix of marketing, sales, customer, and operational dynamics that drive optimization and growth.

 

In 2019, Mark left a full-time career in corporate Marketing to join non-profit Healing Waters International – where he currently serves as Director of Partner Impact – in their mission to help the world’s most vulnerable communities establish, own, and operate community-wide safe water systems.

 

In 2021, in keeping with his passion to help catalyze sustainable change and inspired by the mission to transform the landscape of healthcare, Mark joined the team at Agility Innovation Partners and HPfid to serve as fractional CMO.

 

Mark and his wife live in Wheat Ridge, CO and love outdoor adventures including hiking, biking, snorkeling, and chasing sunsets from coast to coast.
