HPfid Announces Scott Burt as President & CEO

We are thrilled to announce a significant milestone in the journey of HPfid. Please join us in extending a warm welcome to our new President, Scott Burt!

As we continue to expand our horizons and embark on a journey improving healthcare for American Employers and families, Scott will play a pivotal role in providing the leadership to help HPfid in its mission.

Scott is a seasoned and accomplished leader in the field of technology and business, known for his exceptional strategic vision and transformative leadership style. With a distinguished career marked by innovation and growth, Scott is excited to take on the role of President & CEO at HPfid.

Over the years, Scott’s career has been defined by a series of impressive achievements and leadership roles. Prior to joining HPfid, he was the CEO and Co-Founder of Integro which grew to be a nationally recognized technology and information governance leader. Scott sold this firm to Innovative Driven for whom he worked at Vice President of Corporate Strategy until taking the helm at HPfid. His track record of spearheading major initiatives, fostering innovation, and propelling organizations toward exponential growth quickly positioned him as a standout leader in the industry.

"I'm really excited to be joining the impressive team here at HPfid. The Founders of HPfid have already made huge impacts in the world of Health Benefits, successfully growing major businesses in this space. Tony Sorrentino, Drew Kallestad, Ken Sloan, and Brian Behnken in particular are just amazing individuals and great contributors. They established a foundation here at HPfid to now exploit this huge opportunity to help employers across the country not only comply with the CAA, but also to really benefit from the intent of the legislation - transparency in healthcare."

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Scott is also an avid advocate for community engagement and philanthropy. He understands the importance of giving back and making a positive impact on the world, a value that resonates with HPfid’s commitment to social responsibility and creating a happier, healthier world.

Scott Co-Founded the Microsoft Scramble for Sight golf tournament in 2001 and still Chairs this event which has now grown to one of the largest charity golf events in the country. This year alone his volunteer team raised over $355,000 and have surpassed $3.5M over the life of the event. This event benefits the Foundation Fighting Blindness. Scott now serves on the Board of Directors of the FFB, which is the world’s leading funder of research to find cures and treatments for blindness.

Scott is also a long-time Board member of the Colorado Technology Association where he has had a front-row involvement in the growth and success of the tech industry in Colorado.

Outside work and giving back, Scott is an avid skier and golfer and enjoys time with his growing family.
